- Plan, implement, publicize, manage, and evaluate the entire program of services and related budget.
- Determine the specific resources (personnel, materials & Technology) needed in to run the services including but not limited to trainers, e-books, career portal & psychometric tests.
- Develop and implement operational procedures.
- Consistently record data about communications with students/clients as required for accurately reporting outcomes related to coaching, professional development courses, training…etc.
- Conduct one-on-one and group sessions to assess the knowledge, skills, aptitude & personality traits of students/grads to provide proper career guidance by interpreting assessments.
- Promotes career services by planning and presenting orientation sessions, career readiness workshops, and other programs throughout the campus.
- Use computers, audiovisual aids, and other equipment and materials to supplement presentations.
- Facilitates Internships/Job placement of LCT students/graduates by conducting on-campus interviews & career fairs.
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders including college/universities administrators, recruitment agencies, government/private entities, and employers and maintain an up-to-date database of them.
- Gain and maintain the content knowledge necessary to support the action plans of the specific type(s) of students served.
- Follow the professional code of ethics by NCDA (Code of Ethics 2015).
- Any other duty assigned by the Head of Department.
Alumni affairs Duties and responsibilities
- Plan and develop alumni events/activities, initiatives & projects with the required budget and oversee the effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong and productive relationships with college alumni and create a community for them to continue building bonds based on academic programs, colleges, etc.
- Develop an alumni portal to all current and prospect grads.
- Create and maintain alumni association and active Council
- Develop & maintain accurate alumni database
- Coordinate & handle the promotion of special events through social media and direct contact with alumni
- Promote the alumni community to current students
- Conduct regular surveys internally & externally as needed and analyze outputs.
- Liaise with different departments internally externally as needed to maximize the graduate’s satisfaction ratio.
- Work closely with the direct manager to constantly enhance alumni engagement and services provided to them
