General Information

A committed Information Technology and Information Systems lecturer and course coordinator with over 17 years of experience at leading UAE and Jordanian universities and institutes, teaching students from various social and cultural backgrounds. I have taught, coordinated and developed a number of undergraduate courses within the Computer Science and MIS departments. Possessing excellent coordination, administrative, verbal communication and written skills along with constructive and effective teaching methods that promote a stimulating learning environment. In addition, I have a solid managerial experience as a training manager that enable me to identify training requirements and develop training plans at an organizational level and professional development plans at an individual level.

•tSupervising the procedure of Preparing customized materials and manuals for in-house training.

•tWorking with public and private organizations and institutions to develop suitable course content, and to determine potential training programs for their employees.

•tManaging regular staff appraisals and reviews and ensuring staff have opportunities for ongoing development.
